Doris M. Petroski's Obituary
Mrs. Doris M. Petroski, age 79, passed away early Saturday, July 7, 2007 at her home. She was born May 29, 1928 to George and Della (Bergman) Launer in Muskegon, and was a life long resident of Lakeside. Doris was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church. She was a loyal Detroit Red Wings fan, and in her younger years loved to bowl. On January 3, 1948 she married Joseph C. Petroski, who preceded her in death on December 2, 1993. SURVIVORS include 1 son, David (Joann) Petroski of Twin Lake; 2 grandsons, Jeffrey (Sheri) Petroski of N. Muskegon, Scott (Jessica) Petroski of Muskegon; 3 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Dakota, and Hunter; 1 sister-in-law, Jen Jawor of Muskegon. SERVICES will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Lakeside United Methodist Church, with Rev. David A. Selleck officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery.
