Dottie was a very special lady. So sorry to hear about her "home going". She will be up there in heaven with Caroline Arthur. We used to go to lunch with Dottie, Caroline, Peggy and myself, sort of our J.C.Penney friends together. I will miss her!! My prayers are with you, may you find comfort and peace from our LORD!! Dottie was just the sweetest! Remember spending the night many times when I was little. Also remember her coming down to have coffee with my mom many times. I know Dottie, my mom, & Rita Shlaffer are all drinking coffee & catching up! Give my mom a hug for me, Dottie!

I worked with Dottie at JC Penneys for years until she retired. She had trained me in the cashroom and when she retired I was her replacement. Dottie was a great, fun, kind, lovable person.
