Mrs. Dorothy Medacco-Pete, age 85, died November 14, 2003. She was born September 10, 1918 in Richwoods, Missouri to Clarence and Nellie Collins. Mrs. Medacco-Pete had 13 brothers and sisters. She had lived in the Muskegon area for all of her life. She was married to Stephen P. Medacco for 59 years. Following Mr. Medacco’s death in 1995, she married Raymond Pete in 1998. SURVIVORS include her husband, Raymond; three daughters, Virginia Brittony D’Archangel, Kathleen (Don) Bowen, and Pamela Medacco; son, Timothy Medacco; grandson, Stephen Parsons, and granddaughter, (special care-giver) Susan Crawford; four sisters, twins, Edy Foster of Muskegon, and Angel Pearson of California; twins, Marvel Mitchell of Oregon, and Mavis Mitchell of Colorado; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service at
Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc.
