Dear John and Family, Carol B and I want to express our sorrow for the loss of your mother, Dorothy. We were sadden by her death but also realize that it was just too much of a struggle for her in the end. Please know that we cared for your Mom and we also thank you for the nights you spend with her, just talking with her or holding her hand and simply patting her. I am sure she knew that you were there and also the other members of your family. We also thank you for the goodies you gave us. That was very kind of you. Again our sympathy to you and your family.
