Dorothy E. Tazelaar's Obituary
Dorothy E. Tazelaar, age 70, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. She was born April 22, 1950 in Muskegon to John and Arlene (Dietz) Harmsen. Dorothy married Dennis H. Tazelaar on September 7, 1974 in Muskegon. She was a member of Sheridan Drive Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and volunteered for the Kawana Club. Dorothy was a very kind and generous person and especially enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and working with children. Survivors includer her husband, Denny Tazelaar; 1 brother-in-law, Walter (Flora) Tazelaar; and 2 sisters-in-law, Cindy (Matthew) Brown and Joann (Curtis) Gardenour. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
