Dorothy G. Banninga's Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy Banninga, age 95, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Dorothy was born February 15, 1915 to Jacob and Anna (Fisher) Goudberg. Dorothy is SURVIVED by her daughter, Sheryl (Robert) Cosby of Portage; 6 grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great –great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Marian; her daughter, Susan, in 1994; and her husband, Jerry, in 2001. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 2PM Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Hope Reformed Church (1878 Evanston Ave.) with Pastor Steven Hyma officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service (1-2PM) at the church. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Hope Reformed Church. Interment will be made in Oakwood Cemetery.
