Dorothy I. (Priest) Svoboda's Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy I. (Priest) Svoboda, age 86, died Saturday, December 6, 2003. She was born on May 13, 1917 in Missaukee County, MI to Ralph & Lola (Dunseth) Kern, and had resided in the Muskegon area since 1941. On September 15, 1932 she married Albert Priest, and he preceded her in death on March 9, 1975. In 1981 she married John Svoboda, and he also preceded her in death on November 28, 2001. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Norman (Mary) Priest and Connie Frank both of Muskegon, Lola Vanderstelt of Valparasio, IN, and Sherry Orth of Harrison, MI; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Svoboda was also preceded in death by 1 daughter, Loretta Gray; 3 sons-in-law; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. SERVICES will be 11 AM Tuesday at

with Rev. Ryan Counsell of Seventh Day Adventist Church officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 10-11 AM. Burial will take place in Egelston Twp. Cemetery.
