Dorothy J. Langler's Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy J. Langler, age 79, died Wednesday, February 23, 2005 in Muskegon. She was born on October 21, 1925 to Edward & Florence (Walworth) Howard and had resided in the Muskegon area all of her life. Mrs. Langler worked at Hardy Herpolsheimers for 25 years. On July 27, 1946 she married Willard L. Langler in Muskegon, and he preceded her in death on June 18, 2003. SURVIVORS include 1 son, David Langler of Muskegon; 4 daughters, Karen (Paul) Carey of Cadillac, Peggy Hill of Muskegon, Mary (Paul) Shoemaker of Brimley, MI, Sherri Langler of Muskegon; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a very special little helper, grandson, Justin. Mrs. Langler was preceded in death by 1 sister, Ruth Howard; 2 half-brothers, Kenny Walworth and Harvey Walworth; and half-sister, Flossie Bowen. SERVICES will be 3:30PM Friday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 with Rev. Allan J. Engstrom officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday.
