Mrs. Dorthea Aylsworth's Obituary
Mrs. Dorthea Aylsworth, 81, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 in Muskegon. She was born May 1, 1936 to Sophus and Viola (Baxter) Jeppesen in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Muskegon High School, a member of McGraft Memorial Congregational Church, enjoyed reading, ice skating, bowling and sewing. Years ago she worked as a Nuclear Technician for the University of Michigan. Dorthea was preceded in death by her husband Donald Aylsworth on January 20, 2014. Survivors include 1 daughter: Heather (Larry) Robinson; 5 grandchildren: Brittney (Drew), Dakota (Shelby), Nicole, Andrea and Ashley; 5 great-grandchildren: Riley, Berkley, Kira, Jadelynn and Amilia; 1 sister: Mary (Dennis) Foster; 1 sister-in-law: Nancy Jeppesen. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Aylsworth; her granddaughter: Ericka Tudor: and her brother: Thomas Jeppesen and her infant brother Charles. The funeral service for Mrs. Aylsworth will be held Friday, April 20, at 11:00 AM at McGraft Memorial Congregational Church, 1617 Palmer Blvd. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at The Walburn Chapel, 1547 W.
