Douglas Charles Homrich Sr age 81, of Muskegon died Thursday, May 10, 2012
Douglas was born on April 13, 1931 in Traverse City, Michigan to the late Clarence and Rose (Schumsky) Homrich. He married Betty Lou (Livingston) Homrich on Sept. 10, 1948 in Traverse City, MI. He was a Structural Iron Worker Local Union 340.
Douglas is survived by his wife of 63 years: Betty Lou Homrich of Muskegon, 4 Sons: Tom Homrich of Florida, Douglas (Janine) Homrich Jr. of Fremont, Robert (Robin) Homrich of Georgia and William (Deb) Homrich of Florida. 4 Daughters: Sally (Gary) Murray of Muskegon, Betsy Michaelsen of Whitehall, Debra (Ron) Wells of N. Muskegon and Susan Homrich of Whitehall. 17 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. 1 Brother: John (Judy) Homrich of Kalkaska.
Douglas was preceded in death in addition to his parents by: 2 Sons: Richard and John Homrich, 2 Brothers Richard and Bill Homrich.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1:00pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Don Rae VFW Post #8846 1061 Witham Rd. North Muskegon, MI 49445
