So very sorry of Dr. Dave's passing....he was our youngest son's pediatrics doc FOREVER, we loved him so very very much...in fact we loved him so he finally had to say to me, "Kay, J.W. is a growing young man & it is now time to change to a grown-ups doctor, I think it might be embarrassing for him to continue coming to me....ha!ha!" yes! he was so compassionate & caring & we hated to move on.....He earned those "ANGELS WINGS", no one can ever fill those shoes! We will miss you Dr Veeneman so much as our childrens Doctor. He was there when both of our children were born and had the difficult task of letting us know that not one but both were born with Down syndrome. I always wondered what he thought when he told us about our second child. Both of my girls were so comfortable with him and he was an awesome Doctor and generous man in all he did.
