Mr. Duane K. Cummins' Obituary
Mr. Duane K. Cummins, 66, passed away December 3, 2021, in Muskegon. He was born August 30, 1955, to Donald K. and Helen P. (Udell) Cummins in Muskegon and was a lifelong resident. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He worked in different restaurants as a bartender and cook, and enjoyed hunting, bowing, golf and camping. On November 27, 1974, he married Karol L. Billings, and she survives him along with children Candy (Mike) Murphy, David (Kim) Cummins, Dominic Phillips; grandchildren, Courtney (Cameron) Stafford, Trevor (Kaylan) Howard, Carissa Howard, Dylan Cummins; great-grandchildren, Grayson Howard, and Rylen Stafford; siblings, Darrell (Michelle) Cummins, Kim (Sandy) Cummins, Jeanette (Denny) Dekker. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Debra Dekker. A graveside service with military honors will be held Monday, December 13, at 2:30 PM at Laketon Township Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Mr. Cummins may be made to the American Lung Association. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 E.
