Duane A. Dailey's Obituary
Mr. Duane A. Dailey, 60, passed away Saturday afternoon, July 25, 2015 at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born January 20, 1955 to John H. and Belle (Paige) Dailey, Sr. in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. Duane was employed at Sun Chemical, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, music and playing his guitar. He also loved taking pictures and riding his motorcycle. Duane loved spending time with his family and his friends. On October 24, 1986 he married Kimberly A. Whelan, and she survives him along with 2 sons, 1st. Class Petty Officer Duane (Miranda) Dailey, Jr., James Dailey; 2 grandchildren, Aubrey and Gavin; brothers and sisters, Roger, Sr., John (Ruthann), Jr., Sharon, Phyllis, Marvin (Pam), Sr.; and his step-mother, Pat Dailey. The funeral service for Duane will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 30, at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100, with Pastor John H. Brown officiating.
