Mr. Earl M. Palmer, Jr., age 59, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011. He was born July 18, 1952 in Flint, MI to Earl and Bertha (Boylan) Palmer, Sr. and had worked for Spectra Manufacturing. SURVIVORS include his son, Dannon Scott Shotmiller of Odessa, TX; special friend, Sharon Bailey; step-children; step-grandchildren; brother, Edwin Mark Palmer of Daytona Beach, FL; sister, Elaine Marie (Dennis) Faylor of Midland, MI; and several nieces and nephews.
