Edith Casterline's Obituary
Mrs. Edith Dorothy Casterline, age 101, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 18, 2015 at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. Edith was born November 1, 1913 in Pittsburgh, PA to Frank and Mary (Pelli) Pape . She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Edith is survived by her children, Doris (Fr. Robert) Shackles of Norton Shores and Donald (Barbara) Casterline of Port Charlotte, FL; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter. Edith was preceded in death by 7 brothers and sisters and her grandson, Steve. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 12:30 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Fr. Robert Shackles officiating. VISITATION will be from 12 Noon until the time of the service. Burial will be in Mona View Cemetery. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Harbor Hospice.
