Mrs. Edna G. Barnes' Obituary
Mrs. Edna G. Barnes, age 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 22, 2022. She was born on July 8, 1943 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to David and Vertia Graham. Sister Barnes was preceded in death by her husband, Pastor John H. Barnes; father, David Graham; and siblings, Spencil Graham, James Graham, Evelyn Graham, David Graham Jr, and Sylvester Graham. She is survived by her daughter, Sharri (Joe) Lane; granddaughter, Imani J. Lane; Goddaughter, Dominque N. Smith; sisters, Joyce Jemison and Carolyn Dennie; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, April 28 from 4:00-7:00PM at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 29 at 11:00AM at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 2200 Manz St., Muskegon Heights, 49444 with Pastor Andre Williams officiating.
