Edna Louise Cross' Obituary
Edna Lousie Cross, age 79, passed away on January 23, 2026, in Muskegon, Michigan. Edna was born to Glenn and Laura Bunnell on October 3, 1946, in Muskegon, Michigan. Edna worked for over forty years as a nurse's aide before her retirement in 2006. On October 24, 2002, Edna married Richard Cross, who preceded her in death on December 5, 2011.
Edna was an avid reader and a person of strong faith. She enjoyed attending bible study and was a member of Cloverville Baptist Church. Edna was also a member of the Red Hat Society.
Edna will be missed by her children, Mary (Brian) Reems and Tom Narlock; grandchildren, Ashley, Robert, and Brian Jr.; great-grandchildren, Paxton, Jordan, Weston, Russell, Bennett, and Maverick; and siblings, Robert Bunnell and Carl Bunnel. She is preceded in death by her parents and her and siblings, Norma Bunnell and Carol Peterson.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 10:30 am at West Hesperia Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, Michigan 49442.
