Edna Arlene Osborn's Obituary
Edna Osborn, age 90, of Spring Lake passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Lakeshore Assisted Living with family around her. She was born November 11, 1934, in Ravenna, Michigan to Henry and Jennie (Veeneman) Beld. Edna married Charles H. Osborn on March 6, 1954, in Nunica. He preceded her in death on December 3, 2010. Edna is a graduate of Coopersville High School and went on to open her own business, Flair with Flowers where she decorated for weddings, did flower arranging and participated in craft shows. She loved playing cards, spending time with her children, grandchildren and siblings and taking rides to Lake Michigan to watch the waves and enjoy the sunshine while sipping on a chocolate shake. She is lovingly remembered by her children; 1 daughter, Jacquelyn (Charles) Kelso; 2 sons, Douglas (Carol) Osborn and Robert “Rob” (Mollie) Osborn; 9 grandchildren: Courtney, Lauren, Chas, Christian, Chelsea, Kendra (Max), Kelly, Abbie, and Taylor (Blair); 2 great-grandchildren: Krew and Weston; a sister, Dorothy Ensing of Grand Rapids; and a brother, Richard Beld of Nunica and several nieces and nephews. Edna was preceded in death by siblings Harold Beld, Marvin Beld, Wilma Koning, Geraldine Jewel, Stella Koning, Theresa Raynor, Mildred Moore, Gladys Wohlford and Clarence Beld. In accordance with her wishes, no public services will be held.
