Edward Janowiak's Obituary
Edward Janowiak, age 60, went to his Heavenly Home on Sunday, November 8, 2020. He was born on July 19, 1960 to Donald and Lillian (Rahn) Janowiak in Muskegon. Ed worked as a specialist for GE Aviation and prior to that he worked at Eagle Ottawa Leather for 27 years. He also served his country in the US Army National Guard for 13 years. His passion was his family, bowling and golf. Ed was a member of Chase Hammond. Ed has a recorded hole-in-one at Hickory Knoll Golf Course, 10-29-99, Hole #5, 131 yds. On June 26, 2004, he married the Love of his life, Lilly Houghton in Muskegon. Ed leaves behind his loving wife Lilly of 20 years, 7 children, Jason Janowiak, Jessica Dove, Michelle (Jayson) Beebe, Deliah (Todd) Manusos, Racheall (Ryan) Devries, Crystal Houghton, Pam (Chris) Stevens; 19 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Donald Janowiak; Sisters, Raeann (Roger) DeHaan, Jackie (Clark) Langlois. Along with many nieces and nephews; his BFF’s, Pat Workman; cousin Vinny, and John Gerard. He is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Jeffery Devries. A private family service will be recorded for Ed and after the service it will be added to the Sytsema FH, youtube page for others to view. Later when Golf Season opens up, There will be a Scramble in Honor of Ed followed by a luncheon for family and friends. For lasting memory, please consider the Johnson Family Cancer Center in Muskegon for donations.
