Edward J. Koslosky's Obituary
Edward John Koslosky, age 77, passed away in Muskegon, MI, and went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 29, 2023. Ed was born on September 9, 1945, to John and Ann (Simon) Koslosky in Muskegon, MI, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from St. Anne’s Academy in Fort Smith, AR, and went on to work for Shaw-Walker / Knoll Inc. for 41 years, retiring in 2006. On April 17, 1971, he married the former Marcia Hill, and the two of them spent 52 wonderful years married together. Ed was a long-time member of both the Muskegon Eagles as well as the Vikings Linne Lodge #57. In his younger years he greatly enjoyed golf and reading, and he always enjoyed Lithuanian food. Ed loved travelling with Marcia all over the U.S. as well as going on some trips to other countries. Edward will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Marcia Koslosky; sister, Judy Hegbloom; six special nephews and nieces: Robert (Michelle) Hegbloom, Lisa (Brian) Artwick, Theresa (David) Hardesty, Jodie (Lane) Law, Eric Jankusky, and Michael Jankusky; seven great-nephews and great-nieces; and close childhood friend Henry Zack and his wife Sue, as well as many other friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ann Koslosky, and his brother in-law, Robert Hegbloom. A FUNERAL MASS will be taking place for Edward at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Muskegon at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2023, with VISITATION taking place an hour prior.
