Mrs. Eileen Osburn's Obituary
Mrs. (Lois) Eileen Osburn, age 81, passed away Tuesday evening, January 28, 2014, surrounded by her family. Eileen was born April 14, 1932 to Forrest and Jennie (Brown) Sparks in Grant, MI. On November 1, 1950 Eileen married Thomas E. Osburn in Grant, and he survives her. They moved to the Muskegon area in 1958 and Eileen spent her life as a homemaker; loving her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She worked several years at Twin Lake Greenhouse. Eileen also enjoyed crocheting and reading. She is survived and deeply missed by Tom, her husband of more than 63 years; 3 children, Patricia (Alan) Jefferson of Big Lake, AK, Marcia (Dennis) Treptow of Twin Lake and Barbara (Thomas) Kowalski of North Bend, WA; 6 grandchildren, Joshua (Erinn) Jefferson, Jacob (Amber) Jefferson, Erin (Matthew) Blacquiere, Kyle (Samantha Phillipo) Treptow, Megan (James) Watson and Kristin (Christopher) Dalla Santa; 6 great-grandchildren, Hunter, Talon, Tanner, Aspen, Logan, and Kacee; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters. A GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held in Twin Lake Cemetery this spring. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Harbor Hospice.
