Eileen Tomaras' Obituary
Eileen Tomaras, age 72, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022. She was born on August 28, 1950, to George and Dorothy (Maltman) Tomaras in Fremont, MI. Eileen was a dedicated employee of Junior Achievement, where she worked as an office manager for over 20 years before retiring in 2009. She enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, sewing and crocheting. Above all things, she truly loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Eileen enjoyed playing cards and even taught them how to play poker. Her loving and caring spirit will genuinely be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her 3 siblings, Karen (David) Flores, Steven (Audette) Tomaras and Michael Tomaras; several nieces and nephews, twins, Stephanie and Damian, Anothony, Delia-Anne, Michelle, Alexandria and Alison; 12 grand-nieces and nephews; and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy Tomaras. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 with Kenneth Cobb officiating. A visitation with the family will be held from 1-2:00PM at the funeral home. Share memories with the family at www.sytsemafh.com.
