Elaine Rose Holden's Obituary
Elaine Rose Holden, 80, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at her home. She was born in Detroit, MI on March 25, 1934 to William and Clara (Taube) Holden. Elaine had been employed at the Sheridan-Cadillac Hotel as an elevator operator, where she met and received many autographs of famous people. She later was employed at Automotive Anodizing of Roseville, MI. She was a devout Detroit Tiger fan. She is survived by her nephew, James R. Holden of Norton Shores, MI. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Jane Holden who passed away on March 28, 2013; she was also preceded in death by her pet Ruff. Elaine will be laid to rest in Benona Twp. Cemetery. There will be no service or visitation at this time. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI.
