Eleanor A. Goll's Obituary
Mrs. Eleanor Alice Goll, age 100, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 14, 2018. She was born on May 18, 1918 in Minnesota to Eli and Tonika O’Bradovich. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; and five siblings: brothers, Eli and Emil O’Bradovich; and sisters, Annie O’Bradovich Cooper, Zora “Peggy” O’Bradovich Douard, and Rose O’Bradovich Stromsta. This loving, caring, generous person will be deeply missed by her son, Roger and his wife, Kathy; her granddaughter, Tonya (Goll) Williams and her husband, Scott; four great grandchildren, Madison, Mitchell, Connor and Trevor Williams; and also many nieces, nephews and friends. Eleanor was not the type of person you can describe in a paragraph. She was however a genuine, one of a kind lady. Her hobbies and interests included knitting and crocheting, gardening, fishing, traveling, and always had time for a card game with friends or family. At Eleanor’s request, cremation has taken place. MEMORIAL SERVICES will be 11AM Saturday, October 20, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100 with Pastor Donna Rick officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 10-11AM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions to the Harbor Hospice Foundation will be appreciated.
