Elizabeth "Betti" Mosier's Obituary
Elizabeth M. “Betti” Mosier, age 86, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021. She was born on March 12, 1934 in Muskegon to Patrick and Carrie (Johnson) Hogan, and attended St. Mary’s School in Muskegon. Betti was the office manager for Rich and Howell Plumbing for many years. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, crossword puzzles, watching Western’s, playing bingo and going to the Casino’s. Betti was a member of the Vikings Lodge and Lincoln Golf Club. On March 15, 1980, she married Wayne Mosier and together they enjoyed spending the winter months in Bullhead City, AZ for 18 years with many friends. SURVIVORS include her husband, Wayne; daughter, Cynthia (George) Behler; son, James (Marcie) Mosier; grandchildren, Brandon (Melissa) Rumsey, Justin (Jessica) Behler, Lauren (Adam) Coburn, Cameron Mosier and Aiden Mosier; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; brother and sister-in-law, Harold “Bud” (Alice) Mosier; and special friends, Joy and Barb Hutcheson. Betti was preceded in death by her parents; son, Curt Mosier; and four siblings, Patrick Hogan, Geraldine Kody, Carolyn Kowalski and Eleanor Eller. Cremation has taken place, and there will be a memorial announced at a later date. The family would like to thank Harbor Hospice for their special care.
