Elizabeth J. Fitzgerald's Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth J. Fitzgerald (DeCheney), age 87, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020 in Ottawa County. She was born on August 8, 1933 to Evelyn DeCheney and lived in Muskegon all of her life. Elizabeth married Arthur Fitzgerald on May 1, 1954 in Muskegon. She was a homemaker. Elizabeth’s survivors include her children, Tom (Teresa) Fitzgerald, Joanne (Jerry) Holmes, Karen (Bob) Playter, Amanda (Joe) Dausman, Pamela (Tom) Munafo and Brenda (George) Pierce; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren plus one on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Art; brothers, William DeCheney and Robert DeCheney; and sister, Mary Dusenberry (DeCheney).
