I wish to express my sympathy in your loss of Betty. I always enjoyed seeing her at Team Trivia when it was at Hobo's and also when I would run into you both at Ryke's Bakery or at a Frauenthal event.
What a lovely tribute to Betty in the Chronicle. She had a full and active life. .

Betty was one of the first to welcome my family when we moved in to the neighborhood almost 48 years ago. She always joked with me about knowing spring had really arrived when she saw me barefoot in the yard and I always brought her a bouquet of my lilies of the valley for her kitchen. She radiated love, acceptance, compassion and was truly the “saint” of Winchester St. She was loved and will be missed.
Peace and comfort to all those who were touched by Mrs. Goodman's life. I am blessed to know her through her unconditional support and love to her daughter-in-law, Judy, and granddaughter, Molly Bea.
