Elizabeth Ann “Tootie” Samdal, age 90, of Nunica passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at home. She was born November 4, 1934, in Ohio, to Sam Black and Dorothy Ann (Mount) Pendleton. She married Stanley C. Samdal, Sr., and he precede Read Obituary
I was lucky enough to do Tootie’s hair for many years at the Ladybug. We shared stories, things of our families, & had lots of laughs over the years. She was a kind, gentle woman, a hard worker who loved her family.

Tootie had a great career at Heyboer Transformers where she worked for (almost) 34 years. She was loved by everyone here. I worked with her for 3-1/2 years until she retired April 24, 1998. Here are a few pictures that I found.
