Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Lynn's Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Lynn, age 83, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at her home. She was born October 28, 1927 in Muskegon to Harold and Agnes (Perry) Loyselle. On November 26, 1947, Elizabeth married Ronald Berl Lynn in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on March 23, 2007. Elizabeth had worked with her husband at Radium Photo for 20 years and later worked for H. A. Powell Studio, retiring in 2001. She enjoyed bingo, making beautiful porcelain dolls and attending events at the Masonic Temple. Elizabeth was a member of the Eastern Star, and also a past Champion Dance Roller Skater. She loved to run the road with her sisters-in-law, Freda and Delores. Elizabeth is survived by her 2 daughters, Chari Lynn of Muskegon and Mary (Mark) Thomas of St. Joseph, MI; 6 grandchildren, Heather, Mark (Becky), Kendra (Chad), Christopher, David, and James; 6 great grandchildren; a sister, Barbara (Jack) Kline of Muskegon; 2 brothers, Claire (Mae) Loyselle of Kalava, MI, and James (Marilyn) Loyselle of Petosky, MI; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Ronald, she was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons, Gary and Randy; a grandson, Tariq; 2 brothers, Harold and George Loyselle; and a sister, Margaret Brown. THE FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 26, 2011 at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. 231-759-8565 with Rev. Brian Bennett officiating. VISITATION will be held Friday, March 25, 2011 from 5-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service (Noon -1 PM) Saturday. INTERMENT will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
