Ellis E. "Gene" Doyle's Obituary
Mr. Ellis Eugene “Gene” Doyle, age 82, passed away Sunday evening, October 24, 2004. He was born in Lebanon, MO, to Sherman and Hattie (Benton) Doyle and had lived in the Muskegon area most of his life. He served in the United States Air Force and worked for over 20 years at Continental Motors before retiring in 1984. Mr. Doyle was preceded in death by his parents and former wife, Edna Doyle. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Waller; 1 son, Gary Doyle of Muskegon; 1 sister, Maxine (Max) Paulsen of Muskegon; 2 half-brothers, Dwane Lee, Jimmy Boone; 3 half-sisters, Beverly Sue Smith, Charlotte, Katherine Arnold all of Missouri; and many friends. SERVICES for Mr. Doyle will be 11AM Thursday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave., 231-726-5210
with Rev. Jonathan Rager officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
