I just want you to know that I'm thinking of you all and I was sad to hear the news.
I have always remembered how excited I was at Holloween time to go to her house and get those full size Hershey candy bars that she handed out. Ena was always so nice to me and let me play in her back yard with Bert and Shelly when we were young.

I last rode Ena's bus to and from Orchard View Elementary School in 1971, yet she has remained fondly in my memory all these years. I remember her as being kind, gentle, and patient, which must have been truly challenging at times! That she should remain so vivid an image as seen through my "child's eye" is a testament to the positive influence Ena had on the lives of those she touched.
