Enid "Peggy" M. Anderson's Obituary
Mrs. Enid M. “Peggy” Anderson, age 94, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 in Muskegon. She was born on October 1, 1918, in Muskegon Heights, MI to William R. and Celeste H. Gibson (Yanke) and resided in the area all of her life. Peggy was a member of Mona Shores Baptist Church. She loved the Lord with all her heart and cared for others more than herself. Peggy enjoyed writing poetry and was devoted to her church, her family, and to Bible study and prayer. She married Raymond Anderson, and he preceded her in death on February 17, 1989. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Timothy (Beth) Anderson of Santa Rosa, California; and their sons, Justin and Peter of Truckee, CA; Keith (Ruth) Anderson and their children, Eric and Elaine of Toronto, Canada; and Kathleen (John) Sego and their children Erin, Ryan, Jonathan, and Rebecca (Chris North), with great grandchildren, Ethan and Lucas all of Wheaton, Illinois. Peggy was preceded in death by twin brother, William Gibson and sister, Jean Daugherty. The family wishes to express deepest appreciation to Pastor Andy Husmann and the people of Mona Shores Baptist Church for all they have done for Mom over the last 4 years. Likewise to the staff and caregivers at the Agape Home. They have been angels of mercy to Mom. Memorial Service to celebrate Peggy’s life will take place at a later date.
