Deepest Sympathy's and Prayers at this time for your loss. I knew Ernie for all my life through my Dad and Mom they were great friends. I was raised in Fruitport by Gerald De Young and my mother was Beverly (Sutton/Berry) from Muskegon. Ernie frequented my moms bar on South Broadway during my younger years and also The Black Angus Ramada Inn of Muskegon where I worked. I would see him from time to time around as my step father Lucky Berry also worked with him back then. He was a Great Man and I always enjoyed the times we talked and his company when I seen him. I haven't seen him for years now but I wanted you to know he was a good friend to me always. Now he is with his loved ones whom passed and many friends he had here that will welcome him home. He will be missed but we will all see him again someday his spirit will always be with you all to watch over you in your life here. God Bless!
