Eva Finlay's Obituary
Eva Finlay age 98, of Muskegon, MI went to be with her lord on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Heartland Health Care of Whitehall, MI. surrounded by her loving family.
Eva was born on January 12, 1920 to the late Lawrence and Catherine (Szwajka) Ozga. She married William Norman Finlay on October 10, 1936 in Muskegon, MI. he preceded her in death on September 11, 1946. She worked at National Fruit for 31 years retiring at the age of 74. She had perfect attendance at Light of Hope Chapel for over 50 years.
She is survived by and will be sadly missed by; Son William N. Finlay of Muskegon, Grandchildren, great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great grandchild. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: James, Grandson: William, 3 Sisters: Helen, Irene and Mary, 2 Brothers: Mike and Peter, 2 half-brothers: Nick and Steve and half-sister: Mary.
Funeral services for Eva will be conducted on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 12:00pm at the First Reformed Church of Ravenna with Pastor Steve VanderWoude officiating. The family will be at the church from 10:00am until time of service to greet friends. Burial will follow in Ravenna Township Cemetery.
