Evelyn M. Beck's Obituary
Evelyn M. Beck, age 77, passed Friday, October 30, 2015. She was born February 5, 1938 to Henry and Margaret (Siver) Strickler in Muskegon. Evelyn enjoyed golfing, decorating cakes, photography, the Detroit Red Wings, being outdoors and her Friday breakfasts with her friends. She loved spending time with her family especially at the Maplebee family campground. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 58 years, Henry Beck; children, Bill (Paula) Beck, Karen Johnson; grandchildren, Kristin, Amy, Trevor, Nick; siblings, Mary Hanson, Glenna (Gary) Derbyshire, Ted (Gaylene) Strickler; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Millie Ackerman. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Olivet Evangelical Free Church (6790 Harvey Rd.) on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
