Evelyn "Cookie" Corder's Obituary
Evelyn “Cookie” Corder, aged 88, passed away in Muskegon, MI, on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Evelyn dedicated 37 years to the housekeeping department at Hackley Hospital, retiring in 1999. She was a devoted member of the New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and the last surviving founding member of the Holy Light Singers of Muskegon. Evelyn's loving spirit and commitment will be cherished by all who knew her.
A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held for Evelyn at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025, at New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 2117 Baker St, Muskegon, MI 49444. VISITATION will be held at the church from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025, as well as an hour prior to the service on Friday.
