Evelyn B. Kowalski's Obituary
Mrs. Evelyn B. Kowalski, age 91, passed away peacefully Friday, July 19, 2013. She was born on October 15, 1921 in Muskegon to Oscar and Alice (Morin) Crevier, and resided in the area all of her life. Mrs. Kowalski was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and bird watching. On November 8, 1941 she married Stephen “Steve” Kowalski, and he preceded her in death on December 12, 1998. SURVIVORS include her son, Ronald Kowalski of Muskegon; daughter-in-law, Ranae (Gary) Kowalski-Spiers; 2 grandchildren, Gregory (Kim) Kowalski II and D’Ann (Terry) Vreeland; great grandchildren, Stephen Kowalski, and Tylor and Sadie Ramsey; and special friend, Wendy Wickerink. Mrs. Kowalski was also preceded in death by her son, Gregory Kowalski in 1994; and 4 brothers, Russ, Ted, Emil and George. A private family graveside service will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be 10 AM Friday, July 26 at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church - Marian Chapel.
