Felix F. "Phil" Kobera's Obituary
Mr. Felix F. “Phil” Kobera, age 83, died Friday, May 27, 2005. He was born September 5, 1921 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI to John and Karolina (Galarowicz) Kobera and had resided in the Muskegon area since 1949. Mr. Kobera was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served as a Ranger, and was a member of the VFW Don Rea Post 8846. He worked for Clarke Floor Machine for 27 years before retiring. On September 4, 1976, he married Dorlene Kolberg in Muskegon and she survives him along with 3 sons, 9 daughters, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his 2nd wife, Dorothy Kobera in 1968; son, John Welch, Jr.; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at
