She was my third grade teacher at Bignell School. It was the year us Stone School kids got to ride in a bus and go up and down those gravel roads. Mrs. Mastenbrook was a very nice teacher as I remember. Mrs Meeusen started the school year but broke her hip and Mrs. Mastenbrook stepped in. I believe her husband and her owned the service station on Waverly and Beechtree. Memories...
