I met Sue as one of her care givers with DaySpring. You immediately fell in love with this sweet woman! She enjoyed food and I'd love making her fancy breakfast dishes. We'd talk about flowers, glass blowing, listened to beautiful symphonies on her radio, played games, and laughed alot! It was like spending a day by the beach with a good friend, not like working. I have so many sweet memories of Sue and enjoyed hearing her share stories about her family that she loved so much. My sympathy to her family. She is truly missed. I still wave at her house when I drive to the Lake and say hi to Sue! Sweet, sweet lady. Kathy Gilleece

I met Sue at a boardsmanship class, and would run into her frequently in Muskegon at various places. She was always so friendly and dedicated to so many causes. Muskegon certainly benefitted from her presence among us.

Growing up next door to the Wierengo’s was a treat indeed, although I was somewhat of a pest!!! Sue and Andy were always gracious and allowed me free rein of their tennis court where I spent countless hours at the wooden hitting wall never to hear a complaint about the noise. I loved meeting and admiring the entire extended family and always felt welcome by Suzie! Those were wonderful years and I am grateful to have shared them. Sending love and peace to the entire family.
