Mrs. Frances Ann Tindall's Obituary
Mrs. Frances Ann Tindall, age 89, passed away Friday, July 6, 2012, at Sanctuary of the Oaks. She was born July 2, 1923 in Stevensville, MI to Julius and Margaret (Giersch) Rudnick and lived in the Muskegon area most of her life. On February 2, 1946, she married Raymond C. Tindall in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on January 9, 2003. Frances was a registered nurse and worked for Mercy Hospital, Muskegon Intermediate School’s PPI Program, Muskegon Headstart Progams, Muskegon Public Schools, and retired from the State of Michigan. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and was a volunteer for Marriage Encounter. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Thomas C. (Betty) Tindall of Whitehall, Margaret (Lew) Collins of Muskegon, Susan J. Moore of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren, Ann Margaret (Jeff) Moss, Catherine (Jared) Mott, Lorri Ann Jackson, Amy Lynn Stratton, Jason (Melissa) Collins, Christopher Joseph Moore, Melissa Ann Moore, Matthew Paul Moore; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Marguarite Buetter of Stevensville, MI; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Joseph Rudnick and 1 sister, Virginia Carlston, and her son-in-law, Gary Moore. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Julian Reginato as celebrant. INTERMENT will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION will be held 5-8 PM PM Tuesday at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey Street, (231) 798-1100. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the Mass, 10-11 AM Wednesday at the church. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be directed to Harbor Hospice or the Azheimer’s Association.
