Frances E. Berghuis' Obituary
Mrs. Frances E. Berghuis, age 92, died Sunday morning, May 20, 2007, in Muskegon. She was born October 7, 1914 in Port Clinton, Ohio to Frederick & Clara (Schroeder) Graham and had resided in the Muskegon area most of her life. Frances was a member of Wolf Lake United Methodist Church and of its Thursday night Bible study. On April 29, 1939 she married Laurin P. Berghuis and he preceded her in death along with her parents, brother, Frederick; sister Dorothy Rademaker and 3 grandchildren. SURVIVORS include 3 sons, Laurin (Lois) Berghuis of Muskegon, Paul (Leona) Berghuis of Bridgeton, Samuel (Mary Lou) Berghuis of Muskegon; 3 daughters, Ruth (David) Warren of Muskegon, Lorraine (George) Haight of White Cloud and Dawn (Larry) Maitland of Muskegon, 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. SERVICES will be 1PM Wednesday at Wolf Lake United Methodist Church (370 Vista Terrace) with Pastor Bobby Cabot officiating. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION will be 6-8PM Tuesday at The Sytsema Chapel
