Francile Boelens Schultz's Obituary
Mrs. Francile Kay Boelens Schultz, age 74, of Spring Lake passed away January 1, 2015 at Mercy Hospital. She was born May 20, 1940 in Grand Haven to Barney and Miriam (Gardner) Boelens. On December 14, 1974 she married Arthur Schultz in Grand Haven and he preceded her in death in February 1994.
Francile was a former member of Christ Community Church and was a part of the hand bell and choir. She enjoyed being out in her garden, knitting, drawing, painting and any type of animal. Most of all she loved to dote over her grandchildren.
She is survived by three children: Miriam (David Rickert) Stalzer of Nunica, Kathlyn (Stacey) Gould of Spring Lake, and Albert (Melissa) Kinser of Milledgeville, IL; ten grandchildren: Morgan Stalzer, Jonathon Stalzer, Kristian Wachter, Emmeline Wachter, Delaney Gould, Kathleen Miller, Danielle Kinser, Richard Kinser, Celestine Gould and Malei Taylor; and two great-grandchildren, Elliot Kinser and Mariah Miller. She is also survived by one brother-in-law, Duane Barney; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathryn Tripp and Emma Jean Barney.
In keeping with Francile’s wishes a private memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Francile may be given to Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, Paws for a Cause or any other charity in her memory.
