Mrs. Francis Rose's Obituary
Mrs. Francis Rose, age 74, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born on March 5, 1944 to Sixto and Isabel (Casarez) Carrillo in Muskegon. Francis became a Jehovah’s Witness in 1973 and was completely devoted to Jehovah God. She loved her grandchildren immensely and enjoyed getting together with her family for bonfires. Francis never sat still and could usually be found in her garden, raising her chickens or working in the house. Francis will be missed by her children, Maria Lewis, Luis Barajas, Felicia Barajas and Bartolo Barajas; step-children, Dave Rose, Cindy Cobb and Melissa Johnston; grandchildren, Aimee, Jacob, Samantha, Anthony, Erika, Elisha, Alejandro, Gabriel, Emiliano, Nicole, Lindsey, Jessica, Dominic, Asia, Skylar, Savana, Nicholas, Jayce and James; step-grandchildren, Cory, Julie, Sheryne, Brandon, Chad, Gary, Erin, Jamie, Michael, Benjamin, Kaleb and Levi; 21 great-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; brother, Sixto Jr, Carrillo; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesus Barajas; second husband, Cecil Rose; son, Joe Barajas; step-children, Terry Rose and Sherry Meyer; parents, Sixto and Isabel; brothers, Peter Gonzales, Oscar Carrillo and Anastasio Carrillo; and sisters, Maria Garcia, Macrena Gonzales, Soila Arrendondo and Isabel Carrillo. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 5 at 2PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness (360 Eric Ave., Norton Shores, 49444).
