Frank was born on November 22, 1953 in Muskegon, MI to the late Frank E. and Marguerite (Cormany) Bailey Sr. He was a member of the Local Masons.
Cremation has taken place with no date for a Memorial Service at this time.
Memorials may be directed to the Ravenna Masons Lodge.
