Frank Michael Pearo's Obituary
Mr. Frank Michael Pearo, age 64, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was born in Acme, Michigan on September 13, 1953. Frank was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the Michigan National Guard. He was a member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. Frank was proud of his Native American Heritage and was active in cultural activities. He had been employed by Rogers Printing prior to his retirement. On September 13, 1995, Frank married the former Barbara Lynn Workman and she survives him along with their children, Stacey Pearo, Dan (Kaurie) Workman, Kari Spinner, Becky Krehn, Adam Pearo, and Terry Pearo; grandchildren, Ashley, Mikaila, Robby, Krystal, Mark, David, and Braxton; sisters, Sherry Vasicek, Ruth (Doug) Grevenstuck, and Alyce (David) Fink; brother, Gilbert (Angela) Pearo; sisters-in-law, Kathy Tellier and Sandy (Gene) Young; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Truman and Mary Lorraine (Hyland) Pearo, two brothers and one sister. According to Frank’s wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be held. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100.
