Frank A. Nichols' Obituary
Mr. Frank A. Nichols, age 69, died Saturday, September 10, 2005 in Muskegon. He was born on November 12, 1935 to Frank T. & Genevive (Chalquist) Nichols, and had been a life resident of Muskegon. Mr. Nichols was retired from Muskegon Piston Ring, and a honorary member of Muskegon Bowmen. He enjoyed camping, racing, and hunting, and was a friend of Hope Reformed Church. Mr. Nichols was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. On May 18, 1957 he married the former Evelyn Allison, and she survives him along with 5 sons, Michael (Cindy) Nichols of Bitely, MI, Frank G. "Butch" (Debbie) Nichols of Muskegon, Timothy Nichols of Norfolk, VA, Keith Nichols of Hampton, TN, David Lee Nichols of Lansing; 1 daughter, Cindy Mucky; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Gerald and Richard; and 2 sisters, Beverly and Betty. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason "J.J." Nichols; and granddaughter, Christine Nichols. SERVICES will be 11 AM Wednesday at Hope Reformed Church, with Rev. Steven Hyma officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 and 1 hour prior to the service, from 10-11 AM. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions to the family, or charity of choice would be appreciated.
