Fred Hall's Obituary
Fred Hall, age 94, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017. He was born on March 18, 1923 in Camden, TN to Robert and Ila (Markham) Hall. Fred was a family man who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved entertaining kids and putting a smile on their faces. He loved bluegrass music, NASCAR, and working on vintage cars. He worked for Bennett Pump for many years until his retirement in March of 1983. On November 1, 1947 he married the former Shirley Neumann who survives him. Survivors also include his son, Terry (Shirley) Hall; grandchildren, Steven Hall, Melissa Macheta, Cheri Archambault; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy W. and George S.; close friends, Elwanda Moody and Jim Flannery, Sr. and many other local friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Linda Phelps; son-in-law, Raymond Phelps; sisters, Nadine, Mary S., Reba, Grace H.; and brothers, Charles, Eli Jr., Bobby H., Cloyd, Paul V. and Robert Jr. A private burial will take place at a later date.
