My wife and I are saddened at the passing of our friend Fred. Fred and I worked together for a number of years at Consumers Energy in the electric engineering department. I also enjoyed playing softball with him as he was a free-wheeling power hitter who always swung for the fence. He had is share of home runs and extra base hits; he was a cheerful, talented and pleasant team mate. Our hearts go out to the family as they deal with their lost. May God grant them peace and comfort during this difficult time.
