Fredrick O. Bisard's Obituary
Mr. Fred O. Bisard, age 83, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 in Muskegon. He was born on March 1, 1933 in Grant, Michigan to Elmer and Flossie (Rice) Bisard. Fred was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean Conflict. He had been employed by Sealed Power before his retirement in 1985. Fred is survived by his wife, the former Joan E. Fox; four children, Denise Lacey, Jon Bisard, Debora Juergens and Michael Bisard; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. According to Fred’s wishes, no services will be held.
